spring 2025 co-op semester
Crown Equipment is an internationally renown company based in New Bremen, OH that designs, manufactures, and distributed material handling equipment. They ranked 4th amongst global forklift companies in terms of revenue in 2024 and have won over 100 global design awards. Crown emphasizes their goal to have human-centered designs for their forklifts and aim to always be improving the operator’s productivity, safety, and comfort on their trucks.
During my time as a UX/UI intern at Crown, I worked on a total of 6 projects which uniquely challenges me to consider what an operator would need from a. Truck’s display while actively using the vehicle. While I cannot share visuals of the work which I did with Crown due to long project lead times, I would be happy to speak about my growth as a designer.
